I observed how the movie theater screens of the 20th century have evolved in form and adapted to various environments in the modern era. One of the changes in screen technology is the presence of a new screen, created through software, within the physical monitor.

This work reinterprets Hiroshi Sugimoto’s ‘Theaters’ through the lens of 2024.
